Pope Theodore Safe in Cairo, Alexandria

As unrest in Egypt has continued to rise Pope Theodoros II (Horeftakis) of Alexandria has divided his time between protest-ridden Cairo and the seat of the Patriarchate in Alexander. By God's mercy the Patriarchate remains secure, having received support from both the Egyptian Armed Forces and the Greek government. More here.
