New Bishop of Yakutsk Consecrated in Moscow
Earlier today Patriarch Kirill (Gundyayev) of Moscow and All Rus' together with twelve hierarchs of the Russian and Georgian Orthodox Churches consecrated 
Archimandrite Roman (Lukin) as Bishop of Yakutsk and the Lena in Moscow's Church of Christ the Savior.
