Change in Nile Waters Treaty Delayed

At the request of the interim Egyptian government Ethiopia has frozen the ratification of a treaty that would end Egypt's long-held, British-organized monopolization of the use of the waters of the Nile River. The process shall resume once a new, elected Egyptian government is inaugurated. More here.
