Turkey's Minorities Hope for Equal Rights under New Constitution

As Turkey considers introducing a new constitution its ethnic minorities, most of whom predate the Turks in the country by centuries, are hoping that the constitution under consideration will make Turkey's citizens equal under the law regardless of their ethnic origins or religious identity.
