Pope Theodoros Blesses First Monastery in Uganda

g his ongoing pastoral visit to Uganda has blessed the foundations of the first monastery in Uganda. The Monastery, which will be dedicated to St. Mary of Egypt, will be occupied by an Ugandan Orthodox sisterhood whose members were formed at a monastery in Chania, Crete. More here.

Am Dimitrios we are so blessed to have pope Theodoros in uganda and for the blessing of tha monastry for i know it will bear good fruits for the ugandans and more so the all Africa continent
