Archbishop Theophan of Stavropol' and Vladikavkaz has endorsed the establishment of a national dress code, saying that what is now fashionable amongst Russia's youth is oftening shocking. More here.
Public decency is all well and good, but one wonders how such a dress code would be enforced in a place like Russia (that is to say, either not at all or by potentially concerning methods).
