Bishop Paul of Khanty-Mansiysk Consecrated in Sergiev Posad
During today's Pentecost celebrations at Sergiev Posad's 
Lavra of the Holy Trinity thirteen hierarchs of the Russian Orthodox Church led by Patriarch Kirill (Gundyayev) of Moscow consecrated Archimandrite Pavel (Fokine) to the episcopacy as Bishop of Khanty-Mansiysk and Surgut.
